If you have questions regarding a specific child, please contact your service coordinator or the Local Infants and Toddlers Program.
If you have any specific problems using this system, don't hesitate to submit a request for support. When completing the request for support, keep the following in mind:
- Please provide your name, email address, phone number (if applicable) and the preferred method you’d like for us to contact you. Please include as many ways to contact you as possible.
- When filling out the support request form, please include as much information as possible about the issue you're experiencing. The more details you can provide, the better we'll be able to assist you. If you get an error message, please please provide a screenshot or the text of the error messages as well as the page you were on or function you were trying to use when you encountered it.
