The Maryland Infants and Toddlers Program is committed to providing access to our electronic and information technology, including our web applications, for individuals with disabilities in accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended in 1998.

Section 508 requires us to ensure that all individuals with disabilities seeking information or services have access to and use of information and data that is comparable to the access and use by members of the public who are not individuals with disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed on us. The Section 508 Standards are the technical requirements and criteria that are used to measure conformance within this law.
